How to enjoy your experience with us

First and foremost we welcome you into our salon with relaxation, results and rejuvenation in mind. Please take a moment to read these few housekeeping requests to help you and other guests to fully enjoy your treatments and experience at Skin Sensations.

Addressing liability and safety issues and ensuring a peaceful and tranquil ambiance in the salon, children are not allowed into the treatment areas. Your child’s safety is paramount in our minds as well

We ask you to complete a brief lifestyle client form when you come in to the salon. This is to ensure your concerns, medical conditions and treatment schedule are planned for and your needs are met at all times.

Mobile phones are part of our everyday life but should be turned off in treatment rooms, not only to have your stay with us an enjoyable one but also for the consideration others.

We are faced at times with unexpected problems; however we do require a 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. We can reserve the right to ask for a deposit when you reschedule your next appointment.

We welcome you just as you are, so if you’re coming straight from work there is no need to worry about work uniform or make up. We will ask you to get changed into a gown and we have a special area where all of your personal belongings can be placed.

We accept all major credit cards and payment of your treatment is made once you have come out of the treatment room.
