I am writing a quick email to pass on my thanks to your wonderful staff at Skin Sensations. I purchased a gift voucher for my mother as a present for mother’s day, but unfortunately due to my father becoming extremely ill she was not able to use it at that time. My father passed away a few weeks ago and obviously this has been an enormous stress on her and she has not had much time to take out for herself.
The first chance she has had to relax was while attending Skin Sensations this week where she was looked after by your staff and given such a wonderful experience she was relaxed for the first time in several months. I would like to pass on my thanks to all of your staff as I know sometimes it is easy to only give the negative feedback and it people forget to pass on the positive experiences.
Melissa and her staff do a fantastic service and made a big difference in the life my mother in a time of extreme difficulty and for this I am greatly appreciative. It was nice to see her with a smile on her face!
